In this experiment we want to find out how much variability in reaction time data from online studies is caused by technical differences: browser, operating system, monitor refresh rate, processor, etc.

Your task will be to find a square of a given colour among other squares. At the end you will learn how the accuracy and speed of your responses compare to those of other participants. Once we have collected enough data, we will publish the results of the study. The experiment takes about 10 minutes. Please switch your browser to full-screen mode for the duration of the experiment by pressing F11 (Ctrl+Cmd+F on a Mac).

Your participation is very welcome, but completely voluntary. If for any reason you feel uncomfortable during the experiment, you can stop at any time.
